History
Holding an extensive communications background in both small and large business marketing, sales, media design and publishing, I bring a wealth of practical experience to the table. Following a successful career as an executive marketing & creative director at HighVision, Inc., and as design director at Alle-Kiski Today Magazine, I launched into private practice serving businesses and institutions in the Southwest Pennsylvania market. Having transited successfully from the days of print & telephone marketing to
current media-driven marketing, I am well-versed in the particular marketing needs of small business people and corporate leaders who face the challenge of communicating to today's media-motivated consumer.

I am blessed to hold relationships with a
talented and experienced group of creative and technically-astute individuals who have a passion to deliver our clients the very best product at very reasonable rates. Combined, we bring over a century of expertise in marketing, sales, media production, publishing, Internet technologies, information management and computer technologies.
How we keep costs low.
First of all we are a true Internet-age firm. We telecommute. We collaborate with one another via the Internet. We find no reason to pay outrageous main street office leasing fees.
As well, we save on the cost of gasoline and eliminate down-time by telecommuting.
Without a main street office we have no need to lay out salaries for office assistants. I answer my own phone. I do my own desk planner. Really!
Through years of working together, our team has refined our work-flow processes to ensure proper communication and productivity throughout each project.
Short of bulk printing and binding, we do nearly everything in-house. We operate the most current software for media design and production. We can produce anything from a business logo to DVD-based corporate brochures. We avoid the additional costs associated with farming out work, and we reflect those savings in our fees.
These are the keys to keeping our overhead low. And we pass the savings on to you.
Milestones
I developed and implemented a one-of-a-kind business development model involving a network of Pittsburgh regional schools, businesses, churches and organizations. This unique multimedia driven marketing communications and sales system resulted in 30% increases in revenues for a regional media publication, both online and in print.
I executive managed a variety of marketing departments including; marketing oversight, sales, print production, web site, layout/design, video production, copywriters, audio/visual, and post-production.
I developed, instituted and managed a marketing business model that led an Alle-Kiski small business to the Pittsburgh Business Times "Top 100 Fastest Growing Companies" list.I am a Pittsburgh-regional, and Pennsylvania-wide, marketing communications pioneer and innovator in the use of multimedia by integrating print media, television and Internet video broadcasting to form an Internet social network, including;
- One of the the first successful Pittsburgh Regional Internet social networks.
- One of the first Pittsburgh regional multimedia portals.
- Several first-ever Comcast On-Demand TV broadcasts of Pittsburgh regional sports events.
- Multiple first-ever Internet broadcasts of Pittsburgh regional sporting and community events.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of my products or services you can return the item(s) for correction or discard them and pay only any deposited amounts (or agreed-to deposits) paid at the start of the project.*
* Limitations on Guarantee: 1. Clients who terminate a project prior to completion may not use created content, or portions of created content, without written permission of James Laero. 2. Returns for correction are limited to 5 instances per item. Following the 5th return for correction the remaining balance on contract will be billed in full. 3. In the event of an hourly-based fee, client shall pay 80% of the fee incurred to the point of termination of the contract. 4. Termination of a contract or agreed-to services must be done in writing and delivered via dated Email, or via certified postal delivery. Termination of contract or services will commence upon receipt of the same.
